Meeting on the implementation by local governments of the individual state powers transferred to them in 2025
Under the leadership of deputy minister of justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, a videoconference meeting was held on the implementation by local governments of the state powers delegated to them to organize the activities of administrative commissions of municipal districts and urban districts, and to determine the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses in 2025.
The meeting was attended by the inspector of the department for the organization of enforcement proceedings of the Main directorate of the Federal bailiff service for the Republic of Tatarstan Renat Sharapov, as well as the chairmen and executive secretaries of municipal administrative commissions; officials of local governments authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses.
Gulnara Kasymova, head of the department for territorial organization and control in the field of local self-government, reported on the results of the activities of administrative commissions and officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses for 2025.
During the meeting, problematic issues on the recoverability of administrative fines were discussed with the responsible persons of Nizhnekamsky, Cheremshansky, Tukayevsky municipal districts.
Further ways of interaction of administrative commissions of local self-government bodies with territorial departments of the Federal bailiff service for the Republic of Tatarstan are outlined.
Following the meeting, a training seminar was held on filling out reporting forms.
