The deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan spoke about the implementation of the new law on local self-government
On the air of the TV channel «Rossiya 1. Tatarstan», deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov spoke about the Federal law on the general principles of organizing local self-government in a unified system of public authority. According to Mukharryam Ibyatov, the implementation of this law is a priority task for all municipalities of the republic.
«The Ministry of justice of Tatarstan pays special attention to the activities of local self-government bodies, taking into account the innovations of the Federal law — this is one of the key areas of work today», - the deputy minister stressed.
Special attention in the interview was paid to citizens' gatherings as a form of direct participation of the population in the implementation of local self-government.
«Citizens' assembly is one of the most important forms of direct participation of the population in local government. Gatherings are of great importance for our republic, especially for rural areas, as they allow residents to directly influence the solution of local problems», - said Muharryam Ibyatov.
