The deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan spoke about the opportunities for citizens with debts
A press conference was held today at the Tatar-inform news agency with the participation of Maxim Borovkov, deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The deputy Minister recalled that in 2025, a bankruptcy procedure branch was established in the Ministry. One of the key areas of the sector is the provision of free legal information and legal education to the public, which includes not only education on bankruptcy issues, but also alternative methods.
For example, to ensure the availability of legal assistance, specialists from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan regularly consult citizens on bankruptcy issues for individuals on the basis of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan. Receptions are held weekly on Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 124 Hadi Taktasha St., Kazan.
