This was announced by deputy Minister of Justice Marat Nizamiev in an interview on the «Morning on radio» program. The Ministry has a helpline number 222-60-30 for receiving applications. During the interview, the deputy Minister also spoke about modern digital services available to residents of the republic for interaction with the Institute of world justice. «Digital solutions are being created to simplify communication between citizens and government authorities. And the judiciary is no exception», - he emphasized.
According to the deputy Minister, within the framework of the state program «Development of justice in the Republic of Tatarstan», the Ministry, among other things, is engaged in the implementation of new solutions in the activities of world justice on an ongoing basis. For example, the electronic document submission service is one of the key projects. It has been operational since September 2022 and allows citizens and legal entities to submit documents through the Portal of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan. Since september 2025, this service has also become available through the portal of Public services of the Russian Federation.
