The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan has approved a bill aimed at providing land plots to mothers with many children who have been awarded the title of «Mother Heroine».
At the meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues, it was noted that the proposed amendments provide for amendments to Article 32 of the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the addition of a new article 32(3) to the code, which regulates in detail the cases and procedure for granting land plots from state or municipal ownership.
«Women who are citizens of the Russian Federation, who have given birth to and raised ten or more children, as well as Russian citizens, and who have been awarded the title of «Mother Heroine» in accordance with the Presidential Decree, have the right to receive a land plot», - the meeting explained.
Next, the draft law will be sent for consideration by the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues.
