Results of the meeting of the attestation commission
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a scheduled certification of government civil servants. According to the results of the assessment, seven employees of the Ministry's office confirmed their compliance with their positions.
Six employees of the «specialists» category and one employee of the «managers» category passed the certification procedure. The personnel reserve includes 4 employees of the Ministry. The сommission conducted a comprehensive assessment of the professional activities of the certified persons, asking questions about their official duties and checking their knowledge of the legislation on the state civil service of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan.
«Attestation is an important tool for assessing the professionalism of civil servants. Today, all my colleagues have shown a high level of competence and deep knowledge of the legislative framework. This format allows us to constantly improve our work», - said Tatiana Latyeva, head of the human resources and civil service department.
