1,5 million users in Tatarstan are already actively using the national messenger MAX.

Residents of the republic can close their sick leave without visiting a polyclinic — through an online consultation with a doctor at MAX. The document is sent to the «Gosuslugi» chatbot.

Earlier, 86 regions of Russia, with the support of the Ministry of health, launched MAX appointment services. In february, more than 4 million russians signed up for a doctor via messenger, rescheduled an appointment or canceled a visit.
