Electronic document management between the institute of world justice and the bailiffs of Tatarstan has increased 30 times
In the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Minister Marat Nizamiev made a report on the interaction of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan with the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Republic.
«The security of judicial areas is a priority of our work», - the Deputy Minister said at the beginning of his speech. According to Marat Faridovich, all the buildings of the judicial precincts of magistrates are equipped with modern security systems: video surveillance, access control and metal detectors. Magistrates are provided with personal alarm buttons.
«Bailiffs provide security during working hours, and after-hours the premises are switched to a security and fire alarm system», - explained Marat Nizamiev.
The report paid special attention to checkpoints. They are equipped with computer equipment with databases of fugitives, debtors and wanted citizens.
Separately, the Deputy Minister noted significant progress in the field of electronic interaction with the bailiff service. «In 2025, we sent more than 200 thousands executive documents in electronic form, which is 30 times higher than in 2023», - he said.
At the same time, the Deputy Minister acknowledged the need to further improve the mechanisms of interaction between magistrates and the Federal Bailiff Service in terms of the execution of judicial acts.
