Today, Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin inspected the renovated building of the judicial precincts of magistrates in the Sovetsky district of Kazan, where judicial precincts № 3 and № 4 were located after the move.

The judicial precincts have moved from the former premises to the former polyclinic building at 68 Main Street. After the move, the area of the premises has increased by more than 2,5 times and now stands at 479,6 sq.m., which has solved the long-standing problem of lack of working space for magistrates and staff.

According to Deputy Minister of Justice Marat Nizamiev, the Ministry has organized maintenance work worth 4 million rubles. «As part of the preparation of the premises, the entrance group was updated: a signboard, a landing, partial repairs were carried out inside the premises, the security and fire alarm system was completely updated, a guard room was equipped and fire doors to the archive and server rooms were installed», - the deputy minister noted.

During the visit, the Minister drew attention to significant improvements in working conditions. There was an acute shortage of space in the former place – there were no convoy rooms, advisory rooms for judges, there were not enough archive rooms, there were no bathrooms for low-mobility groups of the population.

«Congratulations to the justices of the peace and staff on the housewarming. Tatarstan pays special attention to the creation of a modern infrastructure for the administration of justice in all regions of the republic, – Rustem Zagidullin emphasized. Decent working conditions mean not only caring for the employees of the Institute of world justice, but also respect for citizens seeking judicial protection».

The relocation and renovation of the premises were highly appreciated by the staff of the judicial districts themselves. The world judge expressed their gratitude to the Ministry of Justice: «We have been waiting for this event for a very long time. The new room is not only much more spacious, but also renovated to meet all our needs. Moreover, the new conditions make visiting the judicial district more comfortable for citizens who contact us».
