The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan reminds everyone that free legal assistance is available through a mobile app. If an in-person visit is difficult, you can submit questions to lawyers at the State Legal Bureau through the Resident Card of the Republic of Tatarstan in the «Legal Assistance» section.
«You don't need to be a client of a specific bank to use the app. Simply download the app, and all the service's features will be fully accessible», - reminds Yaroslav Shvets, Head of the Department for Free Legal Assistance and Planning.
According to him, the online service simplifies access to free legal assistance and helps prevent fraud.
You can also now schedule an appointment with the State Legal Bureau through the Gosuslugi portal. Modern and convenient online services are being developed under the «Data Economy» national project.
