A chess tournament among Tatarstan civil servants was held in Kazan

84 people from 21 teams representing various government agencies participated in the competition.

Each team consisted of four players – two men and two women. The tournament was played in rapid chess format with a time control of 10 minutes per game, with a 5-second increment per move.

«The well-prepared participants were noticeable during the tournament. Many of the games were truly intense and interesting», - our athletes shared their impressions.

The next stage of the Spartakiad will be a basketball tournament, scheduled for April of this year.
