A seminar and meeting on the implementation of Federal Law № 33-FZ was held at the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan
A seminar for municipal employees on Federal Law № 33-FZ of March 20, 2025, «On General Principles of Local Self-Government Organization in a Unified System of Public Authority» was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov.
The event was attended by Maya Pashkova, Deputy Head of the Tatarstan Ministry of Justice, Albert Kamalutdinov, Head of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support for Local Government Bodies of the Tatarstan Ministry of Justice, and heads and specialists of municipal legal services.
During the seminar, municipal representatives were briefed on the key innovations of the new law on local self-government and practical steps for their implementation. Particular attention was paid to the preparation of draft amendments to the republican law on local self-government and an analysis of common mistakes municipalities make when preparing charters and submitting them for state registration.
«The effective implementation of Federal Law № 33-FZ contributes to the increased efficiency of territorial management and the resolution of local issues, which ultimately leads to an improvement in the quality of life for the population», - noted Mukharryam Ibyatov at the conclusion of the seminar.
