The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan discussed the issues of recording and systematizing municipal acts
In the first quarter of this year, 95% of municipal regulatory legal acts in Tatarstan were submitted to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic through the Official Legal Information Portal. This was reported by Raliya Garifullina, head of the department of legal work in local government and management of the municipal register.
The head of the department emphasized that, in addition to using the Official portal, municipalities submitted 329 acts through the Electronic document management system. However, despite the positive dynamics of the process, certain shortcomings remain in the municipalities' work.
«Errors in the publication of acts continue, and a number of districts commit them systematically, indicating that the publication of municipal acts is being formally considered», - noted Raliya Garifullina.
The municipal registry, maintained by the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan, plays a significant role in the formation of a unified legal space both in the Republic and at the federal level.
«Information from the municipal registry is accessible to all citizens, organizations, and public authorities», - emphasized Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, emphasizing that «systematization and compliance with current legislation play a key role in protecting the rights and freedoms of the population».
