The Ministry of Justice staff planted 1,000 saplings as part of the «Garden of Memory» campaign
Despite the changeable spring weather, the Ministry of Justice staff participated in the international «Garden of Memory» campaign. One thousand young trees were planted in the Laishevsky District near the village of Tarlashi.
In 2026, the campaign will be held for the seventh time in support of the national «Ecological Well-Being» project. The goal of the campaign is to plant 27 million trees in memory of the 27 million who died during the Great Patriotic War. This year, special attention is being paid to creating alleys in honor of the heroes who gave their lives while carrying out special military operations.
«Today we are creating a living monument to those who did not return from the battlefield. Our duty is to preserve the memory of their heroism and pass on this tradition to future generations», - noted Assistant Minister Dilyara Garayeva.
