Video reception of the heads of rural settlements of the Buinsky, Verkhneuslonsky and Vysokogorsky municipal districts
The Ministry of Justice held a video meeting with the heads of rural settlements in the Buinsky, Verkhneuslonsky and Vysokogorsky municipal districts.
The event focused on current local issues submitted by municipalities, the implementation of transferred state powers, the drafting of administrative liability reports, and legislative innovations.
As per tradition, the current situation in municipalities regarding the enforcement of court decisions on non-property claims, the compliance of municipal acts with federal and republican legislation, and their submission for inclusion in the municipal register and publication on the official legal information portal of the Republic of Tatarstan was discussed. Particular attention was paid to the legal aspects of the activities of local governments within the framework of the implementation of Federal Law № 33-FZ of March 20, 2025 «On General Principles of Organization of Local Self-Government in a Unified System of Public Authority».
