Hundreds of services and government services are available to Tatarstan residents via the MAX messenger
The app is gradually becoming a unified platform where residents of the republic can handle many everyday matters, from making doctor's appointments to paying for various services. Currently, over 300 government services are accessible from your phone via MAX. More than 50 popular services are already integrated into the messenger. For example, users can schedule a doctor's appointment, pay for childcare, pay fines, utilities, and taxes, and check impound lot information. Through the «People's Control» service, you can submit a complaint to government authorities. Max can also be used to schedule an appointment at a multifunctional center (MFC), check its operating hours, cancel an appointment, and receive notifications about the results of services rendered.
Starting in August 2026, Max will also be able to pay state fees for MFC services. By the end of September 2026, the messenger is planned to include payment for paid parking in Kazan and toll roads in Tatarstan.
