To improve the quality of legal support for municipalities, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration at Kazan Federal University, have developed a new educational program.

The app is gradually becoming a unified platform where residents of the republic can handle many everyday matters, from making doctor's appointments to paying for various services. Currently, over 300 government services are accessible from your phone via MAX. More than 50 popular services are already integrated into the messenger. For example, users can schedule a doctor's appointment, pay for childcare, pay fines, utilities, and taxes, and check impound lot information. Through the «People's Control» service, you can submit a complaint to government authorities. Max can also be used to schedule an appointment at a multifunctional center (MFC), check its operating hours, cancel an appointment, and receive notifications about the results of services rendered.

Kazan hosted the large-scale extreme race «Cross Corporations», bringing together teams from dozens of enterprises across the republic. Employees of the Tatarstan Ministry of Justice competed for the fourth time, and for the fourth time, they represented the Ministry with distinction.
