The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds citizens about the capabilities of the MAX platform

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic informs citizens about the functions of the MAX platform, which hosts, among other services, the «Public Services of the Republic of Tatarstan» chatbot.

With the help of this service, users can:

• - submit meter readings;

• - pay taxes and state fees;
• - make payments for utilities and gas supply;
• - pay kindergarten fees;
• - check and pay traffic fines;
• - schedule online doctor appointments;

• - obtain a digital passport.

According to the developers, a tool for paying road tolls will also be launched on the MAX platform in the near future.
