Training seminar for municipal officials and employees of the legal services of the institutions of local government

Pursuant to the instructions of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R. Minnikhanov after a meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan "on the outcome of the work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the year 2013 and 2014 goals for the year to continue the work on improvement of professional skill of employees of the legal services of the institutions of local government, February 25, 2014, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M. Ibatovym conducted a training seminar for municipal officials, the legal services of the municipalities on the topic" Maintain pohozyaystvennyh books and issuance of extracts from them when you land in the ownership of the physical persons ".
Training was conducted in a video conference involving all regions of the Republic.
Participated in the seminar and were made by: Public Prosecutor of the Department overseeing enforcement of the legislation on combating corruption, the Procurator's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan M. Šaehov on "the role of the public prosecutor's Office to identify corruption offences in the sphere of land relations, committed by officials, and returned to municipal property unlawfully expropriated land";
Head of State registration of the rights of individuals Department of the Federal service of State registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan By Muhametgalieva on the topic: "requirements for the extracts of pohozyaystvennyh books for registration of land ownership to individuals";

Head of Department of registration of land and the efficient use of public lands of the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan A. Galiev, with information on their work for returning illegally expropriated land in municipal ownership and for the timely provision of reporting information to the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the end of the workshop, M.m. Ibâtovym made suggestions on further cooperation of local self-government bodies of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to bring regulatory legal acts in accordance with the legislation.
