The Expert Council meeting of the Interagency Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs

March 25, 2014 year in Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs, which met the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L. Glukhov.
The meeting considered 7 draft laws:
1. The meeting considered 7 Bills: 1. a draft federal law on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation "(in terms of regulation of activity of microfinance organizations) (developer-Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Tatarstan) is sent back to the part of an explanatory note;
2. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on determination of the boundaries of the territories and the status of municipal formation(education)" Pestrechinsky municipal district and municipalities in it "(Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan)-approved;
3. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on determination of the boundaries of the territories and the status of municipal formation(education)" Sabinsky municipal district and municipalities in it "(Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan)-approved;
4. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on determination of the boundaries of the territories and the status of municipal formation(education)" Laishevsky municipal district, and the municipalities "(Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan)-approved;
5. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on determination of the boundaries of the territories and the status of municipal formation(education)" Novosheshminsky municipal district, and the municipalities "(Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan)-approved;
6. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on determination of the boundaries of the territories and the status of municipal formation(education)" Atninsky municipal district, and the municipalities "(Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan)-approved;

Approved by the expert Board of the draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan will be introduced by the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs.
