For trips in metro areas

Last week, in the framework of the seminars-meetings with the heads of municipalities (settlements), Deputy Heads of municipal districts, heads of councils were organized visits of representatives of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan in Almetyevsk, Aksubayevsky and Nizhnekamsk. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the data field represented by the Deputy Minister of Justice M. Ibatov, who made a presentation on the problems of local government.
To the attention of the participants received information on the following topics:
-innovations in the Federal law "on general principles of organization of local self-government in the Russian Federation" and the Republican laws on local self-government;
-problems and shortcomings encountered in making municipal legal acts and their subsequent direction to the municipal Register of normative legal acts;
-common mistakes in conducting the corruptibility expert review of municipal legal acts;
-providing local governments methodical recommendations and model regulations for use in practice.
Finally, clarification was given on the information provided by the participants of the meeting.
