Comprehensive methodological and advisory assistance to local government and the Alkeevsky municipal Verhneuslonskogo municipal district

In accordance with the approved schedule of visits in the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan to provide legal assistance to local governments in the first quarter of 2014, the specialists of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan made field trips in April 22, 2014 Verkhneuslonsky municipal district, April 23, 2014 year in Alkeyevsky municipal district with the aim of providing a comprehensive methodological and advisory assistance to local governments.

Specialists have studied the individual municipal normative legal acts on the issues of organization and activity of local authorities, including legal and regulatory framework in the field of counteraction of corruption. In the Verhneuslonskom Metro area has been studied the Organization of the Administrative Commission, which made recommendations to address deficiencies in the work. In addition, an inspection of the activities of the local self-government bodies for the implementation of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan.
