Development of the professional level of Justices of Peace of Republic of Tatarstan and their employees

Today June 16th 2014 in The Institute of Economics, Management and Law (Kazan) advanced training courses for 14 Justices of Peace and 30 employees of Justices of Peace office were opened.

Justice of Peace – is very important instrument of legal protection, because of it`s closeness to people this instrument can guarantee legal protection of their rights.

The workload of Justices of Peace increases and this fact creates certain difficulties in their work. In the presence of various circumstances, this workload might have a negative impact on the level of citizens' rights to legal protection. In this case a question of professional development of Justices of Peace and their employees became very important.

Acting Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan - Head of security of Justices of Peace A.V.Vorobev took a speak at the training courses opening ceremony. He underlined an importance of providing the judicial offices with highly qualified employees with deep knowledge of law that would be able to work promtly and make effective legal decesions.
Teachers with advanced degrees, as well as judges with extensive experience in practice will teach these Justices of Peace and their employees.

At the end of the courses all participants who successfully finish the courses will be awarded certificates.
