The new state anti-corruption program for 2015 – 2020 years is approved.

According to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from May 4, 2006 № 34 “On struggling with a corruption in the Republic of Tatarstan” by means of Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from July 19, 2014 № 512 state program “Implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 – 2020” has been approved.

State program is a system of comprehensive measures to provide consistent application of legal, educational, pedagogical, organizational and other activities carried out by the executive bodies of state power and local self-government, public associations and organizations aimed at preventing corruption in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Appendix to the state program includes a list of main events, that grouped according to the goals of state program.

State program was prepared by a working group formed in accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 19.02.2014 № 315-p, the proposals of state agencies, local government, public associations and organizations was taken into account. Previous experience in the development and implementation of similar national anti-corruption programs also was taken into account.

State program based on requirements of the National Anti-Corruption Plan for 2014 - 2015 years, approved by Presidential Order of April 11, 2014 № 226, anti-corruption education Programme for 2014 - 2016 approved by the Federal Government on 14 May 2014 № 816-p.

In accordance with paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 19.07.2014 № 512 executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan, the local authorities of municipalities and municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan must develop and approve departmental, municipal anti-corruption program 2015 - 2020 years before February 1, 2015.
