The planned checks of measures under the subprogram "Implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014"

Employees of the department of information and analysis, coordination and planning of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted routine checks of performance measures subprogram "The implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014" of the state program "Ensuring public order and combating crime in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020" in the Main archival Administration under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and Novosheshminsky municipal area.

The issues of functioning of anti-corruption commissions, commissions on compliance with the requirements of official conduct and conflict of interest, the organization of anti-corruption expertise of draft laws and regulations, as well as the course of execution of other program activities were discussed during the examination.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 04.04.2013 № 225 "On approval of the Uniform Requirements for placement and filling sections of the official websites of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" on the anti-corruption" has been given to the issue of compliance sections "Anti-corruption" the official websites of the Main archival Administration under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and Novosheshminsky municipal district specified requirements.

Preliminary results of the inspection and general recommendations for improving the work of anti-corruption in the Main Archival Administration under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed with the Deputy Chief Minister and head of the department R.A.Shayhutdinova and the head of Legal and Personnel Department V.G.Minniahmetova.

Test results of the examination were discussed with the head of the Office of the Council of the municipal district of Novosheshminsky I.H.Fayzullin in the local government of Novosheshminsky municipal district, as well as with the persons, responsible for the conduct of anti-corruption activities in the area.

Specialists of the Ministry also studied the municipal regulations on the local governments organization and activities, their official publication (disclosure), including the publishing the information about the activities of local governments.

Specialists recommended intensify the work in the direction of legal acts adopted for inclusion in the register of municipal regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Due to the fact that federal law amend certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation with regard to the definition of the powers and responsibilities of local governments and their officials in the sphere of international relations, local authorities can amend the Articles of Association and to the regulations governing municipal service, to supplement the provisions of the requirements of the official conduct of municipal employees, as well as official regulations of municipal employees.
