A planned revise in the Sarmanovsky municipal district

September 25, 2014, employees of the informational and analytical work, coordination and planning department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a planned revision in the frames of subprogram “Implementation of anti-corruption policy in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 year” of the state program “Ensuring public order and struggling with a crime in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020 years” in Sarmanovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the revision, the issues of the functioning of the Commission by the Head of Sarmanovsky municipal district of anti-corruption, commissions of official conduct and conflicts of interest were reviewed, the municipal anti-corruption program was explored, the questions of organization of the anti-corruption expertise of draft laws and regulations, as well as the course of execution of other activities.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 04.04.2013 № 225 “On approval of the Uniform Requirements for placement and filling sections of the official websites of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunications network “Internet” on struggling with corruption”, special attention was paid to the matching of the form and content of the section “Anti-corruption” of the Sarmanovsky district official website.

Preliminary results of the revision and the recommendations in the field of anti-corruption were discussed at a meeting with the Deputy Head of the municipal district G.R.Garaevoy, chief of staff of the Council of the municipal district F.A.Valieva, as well as those who responsible for anti-corruption work.
