Provision of the free legal assistance to citizens within a decade of disabled people

December 5, 2014 under the Decade of Disabled Persons Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan organized free legal aid to the following categories of citizens:
disabled people of 1, 2, 3 groups (their representatives, if they apply for free legal assistance on issues related to the provision and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of persons with disabilities);
disabled children (their legal representatives and representatives, if they apply for free legal assistance on issues related to the provision and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of children).

The event was attended by experts from the Department of Pension Fund of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal state institution Main Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Land and property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, municipal public institutions “Committee of Land and property Relations of the Executive Committee of the Municipality of Kazan”, lawyers and notaries.

In order to implement the citizens' right to free legal assistance in the tatar language translator was brought, which citizens could use for nothing.

11 citizens requested for the provision of free legal assistance

Most of the issues related to housing legislation, social security and pensions. All applicants were provided with free legal assistance in the oral form.

Citizens who need to provide their interests in court, were invited by lawyers t their offices to process the necessary documents.
