The results of the Certification Commission meeting

December 11, 2014 a meeting of attestation commission of Justices of the Peace that controls compliance of displaced post of civil service specialist 2 discharge of the Justices of the Peace, senior specialist of the 2 category - the head of the office of the unit of the Justices of the Peace of the Republic of Tatarstan, the clerk of the Justices of the Peace of the Republic of Tatarstan and the consultant unit of the Justices of the Peace of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Certification of civil servants is aimed at identifying qualitative state workers, personal and professional potential, readiness and level of ability to perform functional duties. In practical terms, the main purpose of certification is to determine whether a particular person fit his office.

8 civil servants of the Justices of the Peace of the Republic of Tatarstan were allowed to the certification.

According to the results of voting, 7 servants correspond substitutable positions of the civil service and 1 corresponds to the displaced post of civil service, subject to successful completion of professional training or professional development.

The chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Kazan (Volga) Federal University A.G.Gataullin, a veteran of the civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin, member of the board Staff of Tatarstan regional branch of the Russian public organization “Association of Lawyers of Russia” M.H.Vafin were participate as independent experts.
