The session of Interagency Coordinating Committee about lawful questions

In 2015 , the 29th of January there was a session of Interagency Coordinating Committee about lawful questions in the Ministers’ Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan about lawyer questions chaired the assistance of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Sh.Kh.Gafarov
4 bills of the Republic of Tatarstan and 1 bill of the President of the Republic were taken up during the session.
A decision of approving following bills were accepted by members of Interagency Coordinating Committee about lawful questions:
“About making alterations in the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “About support of development of housing in Republic of Tatarstan”;
“About making alterations in articles 1.1.1 and 8.2 of the Code of the republic of Tatarstan about administrative misdeeds”
“About making alterations in the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “ About demarcation of territories and a status of municipality “Atninskiy municipal district” and municipality in its structures”.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a training session for accredited experts who conduct independent anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts in the republic. The purpose of this training is to improve the professional competencies of independent experts in the field of anti-corruption expertise and legal and technical design of draft regulatory acts.
A meeting of the certification commission for certification of civil servants of the offices of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Justice continued the practice of providing on-site legal and methodological support to local governments based on an in-depth analysis of work in various areas of activity.
In the Republic of Tatarstan, 190 justices of the peace administer justice, annually considering about 750 thousand cases - this is 70% of all cases in the courts of general jurisdiction. Justices of the peace deal with criminal, civil and administrative cases. In criminal cases, they consider cases with a maximum penalty of up to three years in prison. In civil disputes, cases with damages of up to 50 thousand rubles are considered, and divorces - only in cases where there is no dispute about children. Justices of the peace also accept claims for the protection of consumer rights for amounts up to 100 thousand rubles.
