Providing legal aid to local authorities of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan

In June of this year, according to the approved schedule, employees of the department of legal consulting and methodological support to local authorities carried out visits to Zelenodolsky, Arsky, Kukmorsky and Mamadyshsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During departure meetings to local governments provided the necessary legal assistance in the organization of claim work, legal provision of moving people out of emergency accommodation, giving the anti-corruption examination of the register of municipal regulations and other issues. Employees of the Ministry explained the procedure for the application of certain provisions of the law on local self-government, provided practical assistance in drawing up procedural documents, gave pieces of advice on drafting projects of municipal legislation.
