Documents are accepted from 20th of July, 2015 on 9th of August, 2015 by the secretary of the competitive commission at Kazan city, Tatarstan street, 55, office 210, tel.223-07-87. Monday - Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, Friday from 9.00 to 16.45, lunch from 13.00 to 13.45.

Committee meeting will be held (tentatively) August 27, 2015.
