Session with representatives of local authorities

On 30th of July, 2015, the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov held a regular session in a mode of videoconference with representatives of local governments on the implementation of delegated to them certain state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The chief of department on territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan G.I.Kasymova made a report on the results of the administrative commissions of the republic and officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative violations in the II quarter of 2015.

Also in the meeting took part the acting head of the department of enforcement proceedings UFSSP RT A.V.Zinnatova, having reported about the implementation of appointment of punishment made by the administrative commissions, and the procedure for collecting fines from offenders.

The reasons for the improper performance of work on the realization of delegated state authority were heard representatives of Alekseevsky, Alkeevsky, Buinsky and Verkhneuslonsky areas.
