Results of the meeting of attestation commission

On 30th of October, 2015 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held the meeting of attestation commission of the magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan for attestation of 7 state civil servants of magistrates’ offices  of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Attestation of civil servants aimed at identifying of professional capacity, readiness and ability levels of the state civil servant to perform functional duties. In practical terms, the main purpose of certification is to determine whether the employee suits to his position.

According to the results of attestation the Certification commission decided that 7 state servants suit the replaceable positions.

As an independent expert at the commission meeting took part: a veteran of the civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin, chairman of the Public council under the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, professor of constitutional and administrative law at Kazan (Volga) federal university A.G.Gataullin, associate professor of the department of law, Institute of economics, management and social technologies at Kazan national research technological university named A.N. Tupolev (KAI) V.A.Gurevich, advisor to the chairman of the Tatarstan regional branch of the Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.H.Vafin.
