New in legislation on local government

On lodgment local authorities of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan of state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to manage land areas whose state ownership is not delimited

From 1st of January 2016, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from 26th of December, 2015 № 109-PFA "On lodgment local authorities of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan of state powers of the Republic of Tatartsan to manage land areas whose state ownership is not delimited."

Monitoring for the implementation of local government transferred state powers by the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of finance of the Republic of Tatarstan in the intended use of the transferred financial assets. Implementation term of authority is 5 years.

Municipal standard legal acts shall be harmonized with the requirements of the Law until 01.04.2016 year.
