Documents are accepted from 27th of January 2016 on 16th of February 2016 the Secretary of the competition committee at Kazan, Tatarstan,55, office 210, tel.223-07-87. Monday - Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, Friday from 9.00 to 16.45, lunch from 13.00 to 13.45.

Competition committee meeting will be held (approximately) on 2nd of March, 2016.
