Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On public areas of law and order in the Republic of Tatarstan"

On 1st of March, 2016 will come into force the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on 18th of February, 2016 № 7-LRT "On amendments to article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On public areas of law and order in the Republic of Tatarstan "(next - the Law).

According to the Law introduced clarifying provisions in article 5 of the procedure for the formation and composition of public points of law and order. So to better address the goals and objectives of social points policing activities determined that the composition of the public points of law and order are included officials of the local government, endowed in the manner prescribed by law powers on drawing up protocols on administrative violations, representatives of public authorities, and also may include citizens, representatives of territorial self-government, organizations, public and other organizations.

Due to legislative changes to local authorities need to make changes to the municipal acts in terms of empowerment by drafting protocols on administrative offenses officials of municipalities that are included in paragraphs public policing.
