Exit to Chistopolsky municipal region

On 19th of July, 2016 the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov together with an employee of legal consulting and methodical support of the local self-government bodies A.N.Hanenya was done the exit to Chistopolsky municipal region with the purpose of reception of citizens and legal assistance to local governments.

During the reception, the deputy minister addressed complaints of citizens on issues of resettlement of citizens from emergency housing, enforcement of judicial decisions, the protection of personal information, and others.

After the reception of citizens M.M.Ibyatov held a workshop with the participation of senior officials of local self-government bodies of the district.

At the meeting discussed the implementation of the municipal program of municipal service work of the administrative committee and the commission on juvenile affairs, development, adoption and publication of municipal regulations, anti-corruption expertise of these acts and their projects, conduct of the municipal register, and also the realization of Republican targeted program on resettlement of citizens from emergency housing.

Ministry staff verified compliance with the procedures stipulated by law, prior to withdrawal of emergency living quarters of the owners; projects analyzed of claims on compulsory withdrawal of emergency accommodation and supplies to them.

Besides, A.N.Hanenya responded to the problematic issues of municipal employees, arising from the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing.
