At the meeting of the Commettee of the State Council RT

On 15th of November, 2016 first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin took part in the meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on law and order, where he made presentations on the draft law "On prevention of offenses in the Republic of Tatarstan", "On amendments to articles 12 and 13 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan". Bills approved by the Committee.

At the meeting following questions were also discussed:

on the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan on the investment of local governments of the Republic of Tatarstan with certain state powers on the reference of the Committee on law and order in Verkhneuslonsky and Chistopolsky municipal regions;

on project of Exemplary plan of legislative work in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2017;

on the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the state program" Ensuring public order and combating crime in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020 years ", approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 16.10.2013 № 764" On approval of the State Program " public order and combating crime in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020 years ";

on draft federal law № 1163066-6 «On amendments to article 27.13 of the Code of administrative offences (in terms of exclusion provisions for payment of expenses on moving and storage of vehicles the person who committed an administrative offense);

on drafts of federal law and legislative initiatives of subjects of the Russian Federation.
