The meeting of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal affairs

On 12th of December, 2016 at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chief of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Sh.H.Gafarov was held a meeting of the Interagency coordinatingcommittee on legal affairs.

The Committee approved the following bills:

1) a draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On ensuring housing rights of citizens ";

2) The draft of the Republic of Tatarstan Law "On amendments to articles 8 and 42 of the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan of municipal service";

3) the draft federal law "On amendments to the Code of the Russian Federation onadministrative offences and article 44 of the Federal law" On communications ";

4) a draft federal law "On amendments to articles 4.5 and 28.7 of the Code ofthe Russian Federation on administrative offences."

More than 360 thousand legal acts have been published on the Official portal of legal information of Tatarstan

More and more citizens are faced with a situation when a call comes from an unknown number, which lasts only a couple of seconds and immediately ends.
