Training seminar for officials of bodies of local governments

On 14th of December, 2016 by the leadership of deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov was held a training seminar in the mode ofvideoconference for officials of bodies of local governments on the topic "Implementation of powers of bodies of local self-government in the housing sector."

During the seminar,  with reports were made speeches the chairman of the judicial composition of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan R.R.Gilmanov, deputy chief of the State housing inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan - the deputy chief state housing inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan I.I.Shaydullin,the head of legal consulting and methodological support to bodies of local authorities of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.A.Pashkov.

At the seminar took part deputy head of the legal department of the Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan D.D.Halilova.

At the seminar were examined questions of legislative regulation of the powers ofbodies of local authorities in the housing sector, the provision of housing and communal services, and also the court practice on housing disputes.
