The meetig of the Commission on countering corruption

On 29th of December 2016 was held the meeting of the Commission by the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on countering corruption, chaired by the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova.

At a meeting of the Commission by the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on countering corruption were discussed: results of a sociological survey conducted by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2016 on " Questioning of public opinion on the state of corruption in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan"; the results of monitoring of information about corruption in the activities of the officials of the Ministry, located in the media, including the "Internet" network, as well as contained in the received complaints of citizens and legal entities; questions about the status of work on the anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and normative legal acts in 2016; of corruption issues and on measures taken to reduce corruption in the Ministry of conditions, including compliance with the requirements of legislation on civil service at reception on civil service, preventing the participation of civil servants in the Ministry of business, compliance with the general principles of official conduct; questions about the measures taken by the Ministry to ensure compliance with the use of budgetary funds and property of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to counter corruption; analysis of the procurement for the needs of the Ministry and units of the world judges the Republic of Tatarstan in 2016; of state order placement for the needs of the Ministry in 2016; execution of state task on managing in terms of evaluating the performance of the Ministry in the implementation of public procurement indicators.

There were summed the results of the implementation of the Plan of work of the Commission by the minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on counteringcorruption for 2016, reviewed the draft of the Plan of work of the Commission for 2017.

At a meeting of the Commission were made speeches the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, chairman of the Commission L.Yu.Gluhova, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov, head of legal expertise and rulemaking N.Yu.Kazantseva, head of registration of normative legal acts and the legal provision E.I.Slepneva activities of the Ministry, the head of department for providing activities of magistrates A.V.Vorobёv, Senior consultant, legal advisory and methodological support to local governments N.M.Enikeeva and Senior consultant of the personnel department and the public service, the person responsible for work on prevention of corruption and other offenses, secretary of the Commission A.A.Muhachev.
