The meeting of the Expert council

On 27th of January , 2017 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a meeting of the Expert council of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal affairs. Meeting was chaired by the acting minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin.

At the meeting of the Expert council of the following projects were approved:

1) The draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan"On amendments to article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the use of forests in the Republic of Tatarstan ";

2) The draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On physical culture and sports ";

3) The draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to articles 7.3 and 8.1 of the  Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offences";

4) the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On establishing the tax rate on corporate income tax for organizations - residents of the special economic zone of industrial type, created on the territory of Yelabuzhsky region of the Republic of Tatarstan, and a special economic zone technology development "Innopolis", established in the territories Verkhneuslonsky and Laishevsky  municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan ".
