At the meeting of the Committee of the State Council RT

On 7th of February, 2017, deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov took part in the meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on state building and local self-government, which presented a report on the draft law "On amendments to articles 8 and 42 of the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on the municipal service. " The draft law wasapproved by the Committee.

The following topics are also discussed at the meeting:

on current issues of making information on the boundaries of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the state real estate cadastre;

on change of the boundaries of territories of municipalities "urban village Nizhnie Vyazovye"and "Sviyazhsk village settlement" of Zelenodolsky municipal district and amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On establishing the borders of the territory and the status of the municipal formation "Zelenodolsk municipal district" and the municipalities in its composition;

on change of the boundaries of territories of certain municipalities and amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On establishing the borders of the territory and the status of the municipality" Spassky municipal district "and the municipalities in its composition;

on amendments to article 74.1 of the Federal Law "On general principles of localself-government in the Russian Federation" (the purpose of specifying the base removing of the head of the municipality to resign).
