Exit to Novosheshminsky municipal region

On 21st of February, 2017 accoring to the approved schedule, the deputyminister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov held exit reception of citizens living in Novosheshminsky municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the reception, considered the complaints of citizens on payment of shared land, crop insurance, and others. All questions were answered, explained the current legislation.

After receiving a workshop on the organization of local self-government with the heads of rural settlements with the head of the municipal district V.M.Kozlov and head of the Office of the Board of municipal district I.H.Fayzullin.

There was held a meeting with senior officials of the local government district officials to discuss questions of implementation of the municipal program of municipal service work of the administrative committee and the commission on juvenile affairs, development, adoption and publication of municipal regulations, anti-corruption expertise of these acts and their projects, conduct municipal register.

Employees of the Ministry held check of execution by bodies of the local government of the district transferred to certain state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the organization of the administrative committee and the officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative violations and alsoto collect information from the settlements within the municipal area, necessary for the conduct of municipal regulations register legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

With officials discussed questions encountered in the course of practice, provide advice and legal aid, qiven recommendations with the aim of operating efficiency.
