A meeting of the Expert council

On 27th of February, 2017 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstanwas held a meeting of the Expert council of the Interagency coordinatingcommittee on legal affairs. Meeting was chaired by first deputy minister ofjustice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin.

At the meeting of the Expert council were approved the following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan:

1) "On the annulment of Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On certain aspects of the organization of activities for the production, issuance and maintenance of universal electronic cards in the Republic of Tatarstan "(the developer - Ministry of information and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan);

2) on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the organization of a major repairs of the common property in apartment buildings in the Republic of Tatarstan "(the developer - Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and utilities o the Republic of Tatarstan);

3) on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On obligatory free copies of the documents the Republic of Tatarstan "(the developer - the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on archives);

4) on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On regulation of certain questions in the field of public health protection in the Republic of Tatarstan ";

5) project of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan"On granting local authorities of municipal districts and urban districts state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan to provide services to persons who are in a public place while intoxicated and lost the ability to move independently or orientate in the environment, don't need to provide medical care. "
