On the meeting of the Commission of the coordination of work on counteracting corruption in the RT

On 10 th of March, 2017, by the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov, was held a meeting of the Commission of thecoordination of work on counteracting corruption in the Republic of Tatarstanwhich holding the Representatiove corps of the Kazan Kremlin.

At the event took part heads of territorial bodies of state power of the Russian Federation, public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of higher educational institutions, representatives of the public, and also heads of municipal regions of the republic.

The following questions were considered at the meeting of the Commission:

On measures to counter corruption, and also to eliminate the causes and conditions causing corruption;

On the implementation in 2016 of the State program "Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 - 2020" and the organization of public control over its implementation.

The Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu. Glukhova made a presentation on the second question on the agenda, in which she informed about the implementation of the state program activities and the achieved results.

At the end of the speech, the minister of justice separately focused on proposals that could contribute to improving the effectiveness of the state program.
