Training seminar in the mode of videoconference

On 15 March 2017, pursuant to item 1.5 of the Protocol of the meeting of the Antiterrorist commission in the Republic of Tatarstan, by the leadership of the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov, was held a training seminar  in the mode of videoconference mode on the topic "Implementation by local governments of the powers in the field of the prevention of terrorism provided for by the Federal law from 6 March, 2006, №. 35-FL "On counteracting terrorism".

At the work of the seminar took part heads of municipal districts and city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, officials of local self-government bodies responsible for the prevention of terrorism, heads of local self-government bodies, members of municipal antiterrorist commissions, representatives of law enforcement bodies.

During the seminar, were made speeches by the chief adviser of the office of the antiterrorist commission in the Republic of Tatarstan R.R. Nasyrova, the prosecutor of the department for overseeing the implementation of the laws on federal security, interethnic relations, counteraction to extremism and terrorism of the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan N.Motygullin, deputy head of the department Center for combating extremism of the Ministry of internalaffairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Z.G.Sulaimanova, head of the department of legal advisory and methodological support of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.A.Pashkova, assistant to the mayor of the city on anti-corruption, secretary of the antiterrorist commission of Naberezhnye Chelny A.S.Tarabukin, the manager of the affairs of the Executive committee of Aznakaevsky municipal region, the secretary of the antinerrorist commission of the Aznakayevo municipal region R.R. Davletshin, the head of the Executivecommittee of the Pestrechinsky municipal region, the deputy chairman of theantiterrorist commission in the Pestrechinsky municipal region M.Kh. Fashutdinov.

Also, at the seminar took part deputy executive secretary - head of the legaldepartment of the Association "Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan" S.Stolyarov.

At the seminar examined the application of legislation on countering terrorism; on terrorist threats emanating from supporters of international terrorist organizations; on typical violations detected during the verification by the antiterrorist commission in municipal districts; practical questions of exercising the powers of local governments in the sphere of countering terrorism and organizing the work of anti-terrorist commissions in certain municipal districts of the republic.
