Advanced qualification courses

On 23rd March 23-24, 2017, on the basis of the Higher school of the state andmunicipal administration of the Kazan (Volga) federal university, by the leadership of the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M. M. Ihibatov were held advanced qualification courses for the executive secretaries of administrative commissions in the Republic of Tatarstan "Organization of the activities of administrative commissions in the Republic of Tatarstan ".

At the seminar took part representatives of the department of civil service andpersonnel by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of internalaffairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department for the organization of administrative commissions and the Department of administrative and technical inspectorate of the Executivecommittee of the municipality of Kazan. Lectures were also made by the judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, the chairman of the judicial staff for administrative cases, R.M. Nafikov, and the head of the executive department of the Office of the Federal bailiff service in the Republic of Tatarstan A. Zinnatova.

During the seminar, questions related to the legal regulation of issues related to the establishment and organization of the activities of the commissions, the procedural rules for bringing to administrative responsibility, the procedure for examining administrative cases and the legal status of the persons participating in them, the specifics of the enforcement of decisions on the imposition of administrative punishment forcibly, related to the preparation of reporting data on the performance by the local government bodies of the transferred state powers of formation and organization of administrative commissions.
