Training seminar for employees of legal services

On 20th of March, 2017at the Higher school of state and municipal administration of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) federal university was held a training seminar on the topic: "Norm-setting of municipal entities and expertise of regulatory legal acts issued by them" for employees of legal services of local self-government bodies that carry out normative activities, legal and anti-corruption expertise of municipal normative legal acts and their projects.

In the opening of the seminar took part the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu. Glukhova, the head of the Department of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation on the Republic of Tatarstan V.N.Demidov, the head of the Department of civil service and personnel by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan A.N.Belov, the deputy director of the Higher school ofstate and municipal government I.Z. Sharipov.

The lecture and practical exercises were made by a.p.j.s., professor, deputydirector for scientific and educational work of the Scientific center for legalinformation by the Ministry of Justice of Russia V.V.Astanin.

The seminar aroused interest among the listeners, in particular, during the practical training on legal and anti-corruption expertise of municipal normative legal acts and their projects, and also on enforcement in the tasks of ensuring the quality of municipal regulatory legal acts.
