At the meeting of the Council of judges RT

On 18th of May 18  2017 deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N. V. Ragozina took part in the meeting of the Council of judges of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was held in the hall of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of R.F. Gafarov.

At the meeting also took part deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan for civil cases M. M. Khairullin, deputy head of the Office of the Judicial department in the Republic of Tatarstan - head of the department of questions on counteraction of corruption R.M. Ramazanov, deputy head of the department - head of the department of organizational and legal ensuring the activity of courts, interaction with state authorities and mass media Yu.G.Myagkov, deputy heads of the Office of the Federal bailiffs service of the Republic of Tatarstan - deputy chief bailiff A.V.Mikhailov and E.R.Labashova, chairmen of the district (city) courts of the republic.

A number of questions were raised on the agenda, the main of which were issues of interaction between the courts of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Federal bailiff service in the Republic of Tatarstan and also the formation of a reserve of personnel to replace the posts of the staff of the offices of courts  and judicial areas of magistrates of the republic. As a result of the discussion on the agenda, a number of decisions were adopted by the Council of judges of the Republic of Tatarstan.
